These terms govern use of the Minify Designs website and provide general information about services. A signed proposal or service agreement governs each paid engagement, subject to applicable law.
Service provider identity
Minify Designs is a brand used by two independently registered businesses: CRESTOVA DIGITAL GROUP LLC in the United States and J.Star Ltd in the United Kingdom. These businesses are separate legal entities. Your proposal and agreement identify which one is contracting with you.
Proposals and scope
Deliverables, specifications, timelines, milestones, revision allowances and fees are described in the accepted proposal or service agreement. Changes to the agreed scope require mutual approval and may affect price and schedule.
Billing and payment descriptors
The legal entity named in your accepted agreement issues or authorises the invoice and receives payment through its designated payment provider. Your statement may display that entity’s legal name or the provider’s authorised descriptor instead of “Minify Designs.” The payment identity is disclosed before payment. We do not substitute a different contracting entity without your agreement.
Client materials and approvals
You confirm that you have the rights needed to supply text, logos, images and other materials. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the information and deliverables supplied for your project.
Revisions
Revision rounds, feedback windows and any additional fees are stated in the proposal. A new creative direction or functionality beyond the approved scope may require a separate quotation.
Ownership and third-party assets
Ownership or licensing of commissioned deliverables is defined in the applicable agreement and may depend on full payment. Stock imagery, fonts, software, platforms and other third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
Third-party services
Hosting, domains, paid plugins, subscriptions, payment processor charges, ad spend and third-party platform fees are included only when specifically identified in the proposal. Availability and performance of third-party services are outside our control.
Project delivery and outcomes
We aim to deliver the agreed work according to the approved schedule, taking into account feedback, approvals and dependencies. We do not guarantee search rankings, revenue, sales or platform approvals.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests are handled under the accepted agreement, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
