Who provides your service
Minify Designs services are contracted through either CRESTOVA DIGITAL GROUP LLC (United States) or J.Star Ltd (United Kingdom), as identified in your accepted proposal, agreement and invoice. They are separate legal businesses. Refund requests are handled by the entity responsible for your engagement.
Cancellation request
To request cancellation, email info@minifydesigns.com with your project reference and the reason for your request. We will review the project stage, the accepted scope, work completed, and any third-party costs.
Before work begins
Cancellation requests received before substantive project work begins are reviewed in light of the agreed terms and any authorised costs already incurred. Any applicable non-waivable cancellation rights remain unaffected.
After work begins
Where a refund is due after work begins, the calculation may take into account the reasonable value of work already performed, completed milestones and documented nonrecoverable third-party costs that were authorised by the client, subject to the agreement and applicable law. A written explanation of the calculation will be provided.
Approval and processing
When a refund is approved, we aim to initiate it within 7–10 business days, unless applicable law requires a different timeframe. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Service concerns
If you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed scope, please contact us so we can review the issue and the available remedies. This policy does not remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
*Any package-specific money-back, satisfaction or revision guarantee is subject to the conditions expressly confirmed in the accepted agreement before payment. The general Refund & Cancellation Policy does not create a blanket 100% money-back entitlement.
