How does a project begin?
We discuss your goals, review the requirements and provide a proposal covering scope, milestones and payment terms.
How many revisions are included?
Revision entitlements depend on the package you choose. The applicable scope, revision process and any conditions are explained in your accepted agreement.
Who will invoice me?
Why might a payment statement show a legal company name rather than Minify Designs?
Minify Designs is the service brand. The payment descriptor may show the contracting business or its approved payment provider, as disclosed before payment.
Who owns my final design?
Transferable rights to agreed deliverables and any third-party license restrictions are defined in your project agreement.
Is hosting included?
Hosting, domains, subscriptions and maintenance are included only when expressly listed in your proposal.
Do you guarantee Google rankings or sales?
No. We focus on sound execution and relevant performance measures, but results depend on factors outside our control.
How do cancellations work?
