Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee
Minifydesigns.com and Minify Designs LLC operate as part of J. Star Ltd. Please note that all merchant processing, payment gateway services, and billing transactions may appear under the name “J. Star Ltd,” which is the authorized payment and processing entity associated with Minify Designs LLC.
Any payment or deposit made toward a project with Minify Designs LLC shall become non-refundable once the initial design concepts have been approved or revision requests have been submitted, unless Minify Designs LLC cancels or terminates the agreement for reasons unrelated to the client’s breach or non-performance.
All refund requests are processed under the following conditions:
- Clients may request a refund once the initial logo concepts are presented. However, once the client approves a concept or requests modifications to the initial designs, the refund policy becomes void and no refund request will be accepted thereafter.
- If a refund request is submitted before the initial design concepts are delivered, the client will qualify for a full refund, excluding a 10% service and processing fee.
- If the refund request is made within 48 hours of the initial design delivery, the client will be eligible for a 66% refund after deduction of the 10% service and processing fee.
- If the refund request is made between 48 and 120 hours after the initial design delivery, the client will qualify for a 33% refund after deduction of the 10% service and processing fee.
- No refund requests will be accepted after 120 hours from the delivery of the initial design concepts. However, since customer satisfaction remains important to us, clients are encouraged to contact our support team regarding any concerns.
- Refund requests will not be entertained if the client has remained inactive on the order for more than 14 days after placing it. If the client wishes to restart the project after this period, an additional reactivation fee may apply depending on the nature of the project.
- Refunds are not applicable once final project files have been delivered.
- For website packages, refunds will not be provided once the website design has been approved, development has started or completed, or the website has been launched live.
- For video animation projects, refund requests will not be accepted once the storyboard design phase has been completed.
All refund requests must be submitted directly to the support department. Minify Designs LLC reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request on a case-by-case basis, particularly in situations involving violations of the user agreement.
For custom or bundled packages offered by Minify Designs LLC, the refund policy applies individually to each service included in the package. For example, if a client purchases both logo and website services and approves the logo design, they may still request a refund for the website service during its initial design phase only.
To qualify for a refund, the request must include a valid reason related to the original design brief and the revision feedback provided. If the submitted design aligns with the approved project brief, a refund may not be granted; however, additional revisions will continue to be offered until reasonable satisfaction is achieved.
The money-back guarantee applies only to orders placed in good faith. If a client places similar orders with multiple agencies for the same project with the intention of claiming refunds, Minify Designs LLC reserves the right to reject such refund requests.
Successful completion of any design project requires active client participation and feedback throughout the process. Client involvement is essential to achieving the desired outcome.
Our 100% unique design guarantee entitles clients to request a redesign if a logo created by Minify Designs LLC is found to be substantially similar to an existing design. Any resemblance to another design shall be considered coincidental, and Minify Designs LLC shall not be liable for any claims or compensation related to such resemblance. Clients are solely responsible for securing trademarks or copyrights for their artwork.
How to Request a Refund

Our support team will first attempt to resolve the concern through our revision process. If the matter remains unresolved and the refund request is approved, confirmation will be sent by our refund department via email.
Once a refund has been issued, all ownership and rights to the designs created by Minify Designs LLC will automatically transfer back to the company. The client will no longer be permitted to use, display, reproduce, or claim ownership of any concepts, drafts, or materials provided during the project.
Furthermore, the client acknowledges that all intellectual property rights associated with the refunded work remain exclusively with Minify Designs LLC, and no direct or indirect rights to use the creative work, media, or content will remain with the client.
In collaboration with relevant copyright authorities, Minify Designs LLC may also record copyright acquisition details for refunded designs to prevent their reuse or representation as original artwork in the future.
