Revision Policy
Minifydesigns.com and Minify Designs LLC operate as part of J. Star Ltd. Please note that all merchant processing, payment gateway services, and billing transactions may appear under the name “J. Star Ltd,” which is the authorized payment and processing entity associated with Minify Designs LLC.
At Minify Designs LLC, revision services are provided according to the package selected by the customer. Clients may request unlimited revisions at no additional cost as long as the original design concept and direction remain unchanged. The standard turnaround time for revisions is approximately 48 hours.
Once a design has been finalized and approved, any additional modifications or revisions may incur extra charges.
Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee
Any payment or deposit made toward a project becomes non-refundable after the initial design concepts have been approved or revision requests have been made, unless Minify Designs LLC cancels or terminates the project for reasons unrelated to the client’s breach or non-performance.
Refund requests are processed according to the following terms:
- If a refund request is submitted before the initial design concepts are delivered, the client will be eligible for a full refund minus a 10% service and processing fee.
- If the refund request is made within 48 hours after the delivery of initial concepts, the client may receive a 66% refund minus a 10% service and processing fee.
- If the request is made between 48 to 120 hours after the initial delivery, the client may receive a 33% refund minus a 10% service and processing fee.
- No refunds will be processed after 120 hours from the delivery of the initial concepts.
- No refund requests will be entertained if no action or response has been received from the client within 14 days of placing the order. However, the project may be reactivated for an additional fee.
- Refunds are not available once final files have been delivered.
- For website design and development packages, refunds are not applicable once the website design has been approved, development work has begun, or the website has gone live.
- For video animation services, refunds are not available after storyboard approval or development.
All refund requests must be submitted to the support department. Minify Designs LLC reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms of the user agreement.
For bundled or custom packages, refund eligibility applies individually to each service. For example, if logo design has been approved but website work has not started, only the website portion may qualify for a refund.
A refund request must include a valid reason aligned with the original design brief and revision feedback. If the design has been created according to the provided instructions, refunds may not be granted; however, additional revisions will continue until reasonable satisfaction is achieved.
Our money-back guarantee applies only to orders placed in good faith. If a client has ordered similar work from multiple agencies simultaneously with the intention of requesting refunds, Minify Designs LLC reserves the right to reject the refund request.
All creative projects require active client participation and feedback throughout the process to ensure successful results.
Our 100% unique design guarantee allows clients to request a redesign if a submitted logo is found to be substantially similar to an existing design. Any resemblance to other logos may be purely coincidental. Clients are solely responsible for obtaining trademarks or copyrights for their artwork.

Our support team will first attempt to resolve your concerns through our revision process. If a refund is approved, confirmation will be sent by our refund department via email.
Once a refund has been processed, all rights to the design concepts and related work will revert to Minify Designs LLC. The client will no longer have permission to use, display, reproduce, or claim ownership of any design materials provided during the project.
Minify Designs LLC may also share copyright acquisition information with relevant agencies to prevent refunded designs from being reused or represented as original works in the future.

My Account
The “My Account” area is provided as the primary communication channel between the client and the design team. It is the client’s responsibility to regularly review their account for updates, approvals, revision requests, or additional instructions.
Failure to monitor or use the account area will not be considered valid grounds for a refund. If assistance is needed, our customer support team is available at any time.

Domain & Hosting
Free domain registration and hosting services may be included with eligible website packages.
Email accounts included with website packages can be configured with third-party email applications such as Outlook. Each email account includes a storage limit of 10MB.
If hosting services are not maintained with Minify Designs LLC, email account support will not be provided.
Domain registrations, hosting services, and email server packages are non-refundable.
Delivery Policy
All project files are delivered to the client’s “My Account” section according to the delivery timeline stated in the order confirmation. Clients are also notified through email once files are uploaded.
All revision and refund policies are based on the delivery timestamp recorded within the client account.
Standard delivery time for custom design projects is generally between 5 to 7 business days after order confirmation.
For urgent requirements, we offer a Rush Delivery option that provides initial logo concepts within 48 hours for an additional fee of $100.

Record Maintenance
We securely maintain records of finalized project files after completion.
If clients require access to their final files in the future, we can resend them upon request.

We are not liable for any damages, misunderstandings, or fraudulent activities resulting from communication through unauthorized email addresses, phone numbers, or third-party channels.
Access to Information
To access our services, clients may be required to provide registration details and project-related information. By accepting our terms and conditions, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
If Minify Designs LLC determines that any submitted information is inaccurate or misleading, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services and platform.
As a PCI DSS compliant company, Minify Designs LLC may securely retain customer payment information for recurring services, additional development hours, server-related expenses, or project-related upgrades when necessary. Our representatives will always make reasonable efforts to keep clients informed regarding applicable charges and processes.

Exclusions
Minify Designs LLC may assist clients with standard third-party plugin or API integrations where applicable. However, the company is not responsible for managing or negotiating with third-party service providers during the development process.
Any additional functionality, customization, or extended integration work beyond the agreed project scope will require a separate quotation and fee agreement.
